Is Weather Magick Dangerous?

i ask because i feel a special attachment with wind and i often try to call the rains down and get a storm. i think this is probably my fault because i forgot to cast a circle.. that affect my spells doesn't it?

the circle just keeps you in a pure area.... i think your not limiting it in way you cite your spelll

Any magick is dangerous if your intent is not pure and focused. The reason you cast a spell is to protect yourself - not the environment around you =)
