im losing my empathic power, someone help!

ahhh! hey guys i need help now! im losing all my powers and dont know wht to do! i cant sense emotion or energy or anything anymore. maybe itm going some psychic groth spurt or something, but im started to get worried. recently, i as sick and bedridden so i couldnt go outside and had gone through the overflow in my house, and thats when it started. so i stated to spend more time outside and in public places. but i cant feel the energy of the tree i sit under, and we usulay pass it back and forth. i usualy sense emotion first through eye contact, but now everyone has eyes like a doll, nothing looking back. either i pissed off a patron somehow or someone put an incredibly powerful bind on me. im freaking out, can someone help!

try just meditating.seriously things are all muddled & chaotic and sometimes..you just have to work to keep what you have in abilities.I mean try to reconnect w/ nature and take time for yourself.Afterall spring is rebirth..good time to renew yourself & your energies. Good Luck!

HipSage, This is a very powerful way to protect one'self and to cleanse and cure negativity. Stand and imagine a violet fire underneath you. I fully extends from beneath your feet all the way above the head. Outside this is a column of bright white lght incompasing you. Imagine the violet flame burning through and around you. It will consume all the hurt and negativity as it burns through you like a torch. The wight light protects you so nothing can pierce it. The white light is a the core of your origin and is impenetrable. The violet flame can cure all the negative things you mention in your cry for help (I am so sorry this comes so late) Think about the Gods and thank them for your life's energy - they are the source of all this. For people that have some sort of power like this it is more important that for most to be able to learn how to shield yourself. You have to aware of that at all times or the power controls you instead of you controlling it. Also when you are unprotected you can be at the whims of others and you never know what kind of energy they are putting out. I highly recommend the book "The Witche's Shield" By Christopher Penczak.

Another thing that will help you is a purification bath - you should do that about once a month. You can any purification bath herbs or herbal bath and I would also toss into the water a piece of polished Citrine. Soak in the hot bath for about an hour and visualize the water washing over you cleansing everything and removing all blockages.

One other choice you have is a chakra clearing. You can do that yourself if you know how or you can go to a Reiki center to have some else do it for you. That can also help if you feel your censors are blocked.

I'm very empathic too, and couldn't imagine not feeling. I feel for you, I do. I have no advice, but I believe everything happens for a reason. Maybe this is natures way of reminding you to take care of yourself first, others second. You were recently ill. Focus on yourself, your health, mind and maybe everything will come back to you. :-)

I am very Empathic myself, and something very similar happened to me just recently, and in a way, still is; what I discovered was that I was presently under a lot of stress; I agree that meditation is good way to relieve yourself, or simply doing something you enjoy is a very mundane way of relieving stress... I understand how terrifying it is when suddenly the warmth of your sun leaves you.
