Share 'resting for energy isnt working'

hey everyone, ok so ive posted like 3 other disscusions on having energy imbalance problems. if you havent read, heres the summary, massive gain in spirit energy and dont know why, helped a few people, it went negative and realy freaked me out, couldnt seal it with grounding, crystals or binding, just made it worse. thats when it fed into my emotions, REALY screwed me up. somehow it justed uped...
