I think it's most fun to do, especially if you are down and out and need the uplifting aroma. It helps to change your consciousness, if not almost immediately, and is fun, too! I love going into our local greenhouse and going through the geranium section. When you rub the leafs of their aromatic ones (lemon-scented, rose attar,...) they smell so wonderful and make you come alive!
