Last nights Corn Moon Esbat was very energizing! After a ritual bath I headed outside. Unfortunately it was too windy to work out there. I just sat under the moon and meditated for a while then made an offering before going inside to spellwork. I didn't have any corn meal but hey I'm a Scot so oatmeal will always do!LOL

Yesterday was a much better day. The Sun was bright and the day was warm! We took a drive out of town with the sunroof down. The breeze in our faces, sunglasses on and hair looking like it was combed with an eggbeater! Stopped at an arts & crafts store and found some cool pendents on clearance. It was good to just get out of the house after sitting at home for 2 weeks with a back injury.

It's been a trying week. Sunday I try to get prescriptions filled these are for my back so it's through Worker's Comp. I've been on both of these for 6 months so I didn't expect to have any problems. Well that was my first mistake thinking LOL I could have one of the prescriptions but the other had to be authorized by my doctor. Say what? After spelling, constructing a pain banishing witch bottle and charging a bind rune I had no spasms last night and actually slept for several hours uninterupted. Hopefully I'm on the mend :)

Right when I have something planned my back goes out? I knew I was getting in trouble last week and tried to keep from getting too bad but work was very busy and the lift truck I have to use has a bad seat. I took Sunday and Monday off and with the doctors appoinment I was hoping I would be much better. It didn't help the Chiropractor took me off work until next Monday.
