I had a reiki session for myself today preformed by a wonderful lady in my area, I must say, I feel so much better, I feel cleaner and more alive. I never knew how much negative energy I kept instead of dispelling like I should. I was so concerned helping the pets I give rieki I never allowed myself to be cleansed and healed by it.
