3 gods in one dream

so last night. 11/3/2009

i have a dream that i astral projected, at the point God, himself came to me with the most comforting voice. it was for a lack of a better word "Perfect." he talked to me for a while about my faith in him (it was slipping slowly) and that i should put my trust back in him and what not. btw he can to me in the form of a opening in the sky with what looked like golden light.

Next, Hecate came to me. she never said who she was but in my heart or hearts i knew that i was her. she talked to me about being an advisor to me and monitoring my well-being (cause i have been depressed as of late.)

Finally, Someone name "Grandmother Spiderwoman.." came to me and wanted to be become my patron goddess. not i don't know the first thing about this woman/goddess but she evidently wants to work with me.

so fellow wiccans how do i make heads or tails of this?

You should take some time to meditate and see where that leads you when it comes to choosing what path you want to take. Also, I would do some research on the different gods/goddesses that came to you in your dream and see if anything calls out to you or if you connect.

Also, here is a little information on Grandmother Spiderwoman....

The Spider Woman or Grandmother Spider legends are part of the creation mythology for several southwestern American Indian tribes, including the Hopi, Pueblo, and Navajo. One story says that in the beginning of time only two beings existed: Tawa, the Sun God, with the powers of all that is above; and Spider Woman, the Earth Goddess, with the powers of all that is below. The Sun God imagined the creatures of the earth, and Spider Woman turned these thoughts into living plants, animals, and people. She attached a thread of her spider silk to each person to provide access to her wisdom and protection.

that's true. i don't know what spiritual path i want to take.

i cant tell you what to do but i can interpret this... i see it in two ways...

one the christian god talked to you and wanted you to work with him... hecate was making sure nothing happened to you. then the grandmother spiderwoman wants to work with you... i belive that you are to make the choice in your faith...


number 2 is you are confused about which direction to take... and this is a way of you subconcious to try to come to a conclusion.
