OKAY, SO I HAVE ENLISTED THE HELP OF AN ONLINE WICCAN SCHOOL AND HAVE A GOOD BEGINNER'S BOOK BUT I FIND MYSELF HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME WITH CONTROLING MY EMOTIONS SO IT MAKES THE TREE EXCERCISE DURING MY MEDITATION NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME GET A GRIP? I START TO MEDITATE AND BREATH AND IM SO ANXIOUS AND NERVOUS AND EXCITED ALL IN ONE AND CAN'T CONCENTRATE NO MATTER HOW QUIET, IF I HAVE MED MUSIC ON, SOFT LIGHT THE WHOLE 9 BUT I CAN'T CALM MYSELF!! IT'S FRUSTRATING! I MIGHT HAVE A.D.D! ON THE OTHER HAND I CAN DO THE PENTAGRAM VISUALIZATION AND THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HARDER! I SUCK AT THIS CAN SOMEBODY PLLLEEAASSSEE GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS OR ADVICE AS TO CALMING MYSELF FOR MEDITATION?
